The whole business,
One kit.
Home service software
$49/mo. No contract, no per‑user fees.

What a small shop uses.A fraction of the price.
Built for small and medium home service shops. Quotes, scheduling, invoices and payments, without paying by the seat.
Prices checked October 2026, billed monthly, cheapest plan that fits five people: Housecall Pro Essentials and Jobber Connect. The price book row is what our trial accounts held that month. Housecall Pro and Jobber are trademarks of their respective owners; EstimateKit is not affiliated with them.
Quotes that close at the kitchen table. Whatever the trade.
A customer who gets one price can only say yes or no. EstimateKit puts good, better and best on every quote, priced from your own price book, sent as a link and signed on their phone. It works the same for a furnace, a water heater or a panel upgrade.
Good, better and best in every quote
Build up to four options from your saved templates. The customer compares them side by side and picks one, instead of saying yes or no to a single price.
Priced from your own price book
Every line comes from your costs and markups, with the margin shown as you build. Flat-rate repairs are priced from your hourly rate and parts markup.
Signed on their phone
Customers open the quote from a link, with no app and no login. They choose an option and sign, and the deposit and final invoices can be paid by card from the link.
A price book for your trade on day one
Pick HVAC, plumbing or electrical when you sign up and start with a priced book of parts, equipment and common repairs. Change any price, or import your own list.
Sent by email or text, and you know when it's opened
Email the quote, or tap Text and send the link from your own number. You get an alert when the customer opens it, and follow-up emails go out on their own if they go quiet.
Quote with no signal
Build and edit quotes in a basement, an attic or a crawl space. They save on your phone and sync when you're back online.
Every job, start to finish. In one place.
The approved quote becomes the job on the calendar, and the finished job becomes the invoice. Nothing gets typed twice, in the office or in the truck.
Why it’s $49. And why that isn’t changing.
- PriceOne flat $49 a month for the whole crew, up to 25 users
- ContractNone. Month to month, cancel from settings
- SupportA person, at hello@estimatekit.com
I built EstimateKit because the software sold to small home service shops is priced for large ones. Three hundred dollars a month, a twelve-month contract, a sales call before you can see a price, and a hundred features a small shop will never open.
A shop that size needs four things: quote fast, look professional, get the job on the calendar, and get paid. That is what this does, for one flat price that covers everyone on the crew. No per-seat fees, no contract, nothing to negotiate.
When you write to hello@estimatekit.com, you get me. Some of what is in the product today started as a customer’s email, and if something you need to run your business is missing, that is the fastest way to get it built.

One plan. Everything included.
No tiers. No upsells. No per-user fees. $49 a month covers the whole crew, up to 25 people.
SECURE AND PRIVATE
Your customer data stays yours. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
CANCEL ANYTIME
No contract. Cancel from settings, no phone call.

Software for running a home service shop. You build a quote from your price book with good, better and best options and send it as a link, and the customer picks one and signs on their phone. The approved quote becomes the job on the calendar and then the invoice, which the customer can pay by card. It's $49 a month for the whole crew.
HVAC, plumbing and electrical each start with a priced price book, common repairs, quote templates and the equipment types you'd record at a home. Any other home service trade can use everything else and bring its own price list, by import or by typing it in. If you run more than one trade under one roof, add the second one in Settings.
Both words get used. "Estimating software" often means takeoff tools for bidding commercial projects from drawings. EstimateKit is for service and replacement work in homes and small commercial buildings: pricing the job on site or the same day, usually with good, better and best options.
None. Pay month to month, cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
After 14 days you'll be asked to subscribe for $49/month. We never charge without asking. If you do nothing, your account becomes read-only and your data stays put until you come back.
Up to 25 on one account for the same $49: the owner, office staff and technicians. Each role sees what it needs, and technicians see only the jobs assigned to them.
Yes. Import customers and your price book from a CSV export of Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet. Columns are matched automatically and you can fix anything before it saves. If you get stuck, email hello@estimatekit.com and we'll migrate it for you.
Email hello@estimatekit.com and a real person replies, usually the same day. We will also set up your price book and first templates with you, free.
Yes, for estimates. Build and edit an estimate in a basement, attic or crawl space with no signal; it saves on your phone and syncs the moment you're back online. Anything that changed on another device in the meantime is shown to you before it's overwritten.
Yes. Set up plans with the visits they include, sign customers up, and EstimateKit schedules the visits, emails reminders before each one and renews the agreement when the term ends. Each customer's record also keeps the equipment on site: model, serial, install date and a photo of the data plate.
No. Customers get a link by email, open it, and approve the estimate or view the invoice right there in the browser. No login, no app.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per company with row-level security, backed up daily, and never sold or shared. You can export everything at any time.
