None. Pay month to month, cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
You pick up at $49/month. We never charge without asking, so if you do nothing, your account simply pauses and your data stays put.
No. $49 covers your whole crew, up to 25 users, with owner, admin and technician roles. There is no per-seat price.
EstimateKit adds none. If you connect Stripe, customers pay invoices by card from the link and the money goes to your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + CA$0.30 per card payment in Canada, no monthly fee). Checks, cash and e-transfers you record yourself cost nothing.
It stays yours. Export customers, estimates and invoices any time from settings. Cancelling does not delete anything: the account stays read-only with your data in place until you come back. If you ask us to delete the account, the data is removed within 30 days.
