The short answer: for a shop of one to about fifteen people, Jobber costs a fraction of ServiceTitan and you can start it today. ServiceTitan earns its price at the other end: 20 or more trucks, a dispatcher, office staff to run it and real money spent on advertising.
Its own numbers show who it is built for: $961.0 million in revenue from about 10,800 active customers in the year to January 31, 2026, about $89,000 per customer per year on average. The rest of this page puts the two side by side, from Jobber's trial and pricing page and from ServiceTitan's own site.
What each costs for your crew. Monthly, before setup fees.
Jobber's prices are on its pricing page (checked 2026-10-12). Teams come in sizes of 5, 10 and 15 people, plus $29 a month for each person past the plan, and Jobber counts office users too. The table uses Connect, the cheapest plan with QuickBooks sync and follow-ups.
ServiceTitan publishes no price. Its pricing page lists Starter, Essentials and The Works, priced per technician, and every one says Request Pricing (checked 2026-10-26). The column uses third-party estimates of $245 to $500 per technician a month. Your quote from ServiceTitan is the only real number.
Jobber starts from a free trial and you can quote the same day. ServiceTitan implementation is reported at $5,000 to $50,000 or more and takes weeks, usually on a 12-month contract that contractors report renews unless you give notice. Ask for both in writing before you sign.
Quoting. Both can put options in front of the customer.
Options on a quote
Jobber quotes are one list of lines. Any line can be marked optional and the customer ticks the add-ons they want. We found no way to show two or three whole options side by side. Optional lines start on Grow, $299 a month for five people.
ServiceTitan's technician app builds estimates from the price book and shows multiple options side by side, and the homeowner approves and signs on the screen (its Field Mobile App page). Mobile Estimates is listed on all three plans.
Price list on day one
Jobber's HVAC trial came with 8 services, each with a description and no price. ServiceTitan includes a Pricebook on every plan, and sells Pricebook Pro separately: it adds a few hundred common services and shows regional price averages. Its price is on request too.
On the job
ServiceTitan's tech app shows the customer's memberships, applies their discount and renews agreements during the visit, and offers financing applications when financing is turned on. Jobber has no membership feature we could find in the trial; repeat work is set up as recurring jobs.
Side by side. What each one has, and where we found it.
Jobber cells are from its trial and plan table on 2026-10-12. ServiceTitan cells are from its pricing and product pages on 2026-10-26; "reported" means from contractors and third-party reviews, not ServiceTitan. "Not checked" means we did not find it either way.
Where each one is ahead. They are built for different companies.
Which one to pick. It comes down to size and who runs the system.
Jobber. Connect is $199 a month for up to five, and you can be quoting today.
Jobber Grow ($299 for five) has optional add-on lines. If you want whole options side by side, that is ServiceTitan or a smaller tool built for it.
Jobber stays far cheaper: $299 a month for ten against an estimated $2,450 to $5,000. ServiceTitan starts to make sense once someone's job is running it.
ServiceTitan. Call tracking, payroll, memberships and fleet dispatch are what it is for, and you have the team to set it up.
Find your renewal date and notice period in the order form first; that date decides when you can leave.
Yes, by a wide margin for a small crew. Jobber Connect is $197 a month for three people. ServiceTitan publishes no price; third-party estimates of $245 to $500 per technician put three techs at $735 to $1,500 a month, before implementation.
ServiceTitan doesn't say. Its pricing page lists Starter, Essentials and The Works, priced per technician, and all three say Request Pricing (checked October 2026). Third-party estimates run $245 to $500 per technician a month, usually on a 12-month contract, with implementation reported at $5,000 to $50,000 or more.
ServiceTitan's technician app shows multiple options side by side, and the homeowner signs on the screen. Jobber lets you mark quote lines as optional add-ons on its Grow plan, but we found no way to show whole options side by side.
Usually not for a crew of a few trucks. Its average customer pays about $89,000 a year, and it pays off when you have dispatchers, office staff and a marketing budget to use its call tracking, payroll and reporting. A small crew mostly needs to quote, schedule, invoice and keep maintenance customers.
A third option. If you want options on every quote at one price.
We make EstimateKit, so weigh this section accordingly. It is $49 a month for up to 25 people, month to month, with good, better and best options on every quote, maintenance plans, equipment records, and a priced price book to start from for HVAC, plumbing or electrical.
It does less than both in places. There is no two-way texting service, no call tracking, no payroll, no GPS tracking or customer financing, and it stops at 25 people. See the Jobber comparison or the ServiceTitan comparison for what that means for your crew.
